Auto-test Function
The system features an automatic self-test mechanism designed to verify emergency inverter performance and battery reliability. It initiates a full discharge after installation once the battery is fully charged, then continues with scheduled discharge cycles. The cycle timer resets if mains power is interrupted repeatedly or if the test button is pressed multiple times.
Test Cycle List
- Initial Test: Full discharge within 24 hours after installation (battery must be fully charged).
- Routine Test – Partial: 1‑minute discharge every 30 days.
- Routine Test – Full: Complete discharge once every 360 days.
- Reset Condition: Cycle restarts if mains power is switched off/on more than 4 times, or if the test button is pressed 4 times consecutively.
2. Timing automatically commences upon power-on.
3. The counter operates on a calculation basis of 365 days per year.
4. Upon completion of each full year of operation, the corresponding indicator light will illuminate in sequence.
5. The product provides a guaranteed service life of four years.
6. Color-coded indicator lights display the elapsed years of use, enabling maintenance personnel and management departments to quickly assess product status.
7. During fire system testing, when power is switched off and subsequently restored, the cumulative operating time counter will remain continuous and will not be reset.
8. In the event of battery failure, replacement is required (regardless of whether an original or alternative battery is used). Upon system restart, the cumulative operating time counter will remain continuous and will not be reset.
