Emergency Lighting Lifetime Visual Indicator

New feature designed for fire emergency lighting, aimed at improving both public building safety and maintenance efficiency. Currently, emergency lighting products in the market vary in their service life performance, which often makes it difficult for management teams to accurately determine whether a product has reached its designed service life or requires replacement.

To support better management practices, we have developed a “Lifetime Visual Indicator” with the following key features:

l  Color-coded light display of service years (e.g., 1 to 4 years), enabling maintenance staff and management teams to quickly assess product status.

l  Built-in timing module that accurately records operating hours and provides alerts as the product approaches its designed service life, assisting in maintenance planning.

l  Full compliance with Hong Kong Fire Services Department HKFSD PPA/104(A) acceptance requirements.

This feature enhances management transparency, supports the establishment of a more scientific maintenance cycle, and reduces overall life cycle cost (LCC). By incorporating the 4 years lifetime indicator and memory system, allowing management teams to make faster and more informed decisions in maintenance and asset planning, thereby further strengthening public safety.
